Asset hierarchy templates

Every template is a complete worked example: classes, data points, decisions and lifecycle stages already linked, built on general industry practice and not on any organization's real data. Open one and it becomes your own editable copy.

What is in every template

Each one starts from the same core, so a hierarchy from one industry reads like one from another. The root class defines 11 shared data points, which every class beneath it inherits: Install date, Age, Expected useful life, Remaining useful life, Condition score, Likelihood of failure, Consequence of failure, Risk score, Replacement cost, Planned rehab / replace year, PM / CM ratio. They feed 9 shared decisions, and every decision is placed in the lifecycle: Plan, Create, Operate, Maintain, Renew and Dispose.
